Initially, this was a run-down fast-food restaurant with a bold orange-and-white backdrop. By completely demolishing and removing the kitchen, toilet, and all interior furnishings (down to the bare walls), I was able to design and manage the transformation into a sleek, industrial-style interior.
The client requested 70 tables, for which I developed an efficient operational flow floor plan, optimizing movement for both wait staff and customers. Additionally, I designed an outdoor dining area featuring tall, Iranian-style arched windows that seamlessly connect the interior and exterior, allowing abundant natural light to enhance the restaurant's ambiance.
The design features arches, selected and incorporated thematically throughout, evoking the country's industrial age architecture. The combination of brickwork with rustic finishes, a Chesterfield-style sofa, and chain lighting above individual tables all contribute to the restaurant's industrial ambiance.
