Where are you located, and do you work with clients remotely?

We are now based in the Midlands, UK, and serve clients nationwide. For design projects, we also work with international clients on a case-by-case basis. 

How does your practice differ from larger firms?

As a small practice, we offer personalized attention and flexibility. We're not VAT registered, saving you additional costs. Our agility ensures that we meet your needs efficiently without the bureaucracy of larger firms.


How long does it take to receive a first draft design?

For an average property, you can expect a first draft design within five working days after providing the required details or completing a site measure.

What is your experience with large projects?

In 2018, we completed an 8-storey apartment block with underground parking and 64 apartments. The same year, we renovated an 8-storey hotel, modernizing interiors for rooms, corridors, the lobby, and the restaurant.

Can you design in the style I want?

Absolutely. Your vision is our priority. We collaborate closely to craft designs tailored to your preferences, whether for new builds, renovations, or interior design.

What are your fees?

Our fees vary depending on the scope and complexity of your project. For example:

  • £500 for 3D renderings and planning permission drawings for a typical, single home extension.
  • Up to £4,000 for a large, intricate multi-floor restaurant redesign.

Do you work on listed buildings?
